Section 08 — Questions

Things people ask.

Is Bob a real person?

No. Bob is an AI character. He has no body, no past, and no opinions of his own. He’s a voice you can call to keep you company.

Does Bob remember our conversations?

Only if you want him to. On your first call, Bob will ask whether you’d like memory turned on. You can change your mind anytime in your account.

Can I see what Bob remembers about me?

Yes — every memory Bob forms is listed plainly in your account. You can edit any of them, delete any of them, or wipe everything at once.

How long can I talk?

As long as your credit lasts. There’s no per-call timer. Hang up whenever you’re done; you can call back anytime.

Can I get a refund?

Unused balance is refundable within 30 days. Calls already made are not. Full details on the Refund page.

What happens to my call data?

Recordings are kept for safety review for 30 days, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion or download all your data anytime.

How do I delete my account?

Account → Delete account. It removes everything, including any memories Bob has formed about you. It can’t be undone.

Is this appropriate for kids?

No. The service is 18+ only. We verify age at sign-up and again before each call.
